Holograph provides omnichain NFT infrastructure for the web3 ecosystem. We’re building tools to enable non-fungible (& fungible) tokens to beam across Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible blockchains, while maintaining a consistent smart contract address, token ID, and underlying NFT data.

We’ve previously minted NFTs for prominent artists like Daniel Arsham, Jen Stark, and Justin Aversano for Nifty Gateway, Phillips, and OpenSea. Our advisory board comprises creative leaders such as Pharrell Williams, Diplo, and GMoney. We've recently raised capital with participation from Courtside, Wave, Vayner, and more.

Who We're Looking For

We are building a top-tier operations team to support Holograph’s next growth phase. We have ambitious plans to build technology platforms to help us scale the company and NFT ecosystem.

What You'll Do

This Executive Assistant (Finance) will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the executive team.

• Independently manage the execution of finance administration for the organisation including invoice payments and reconciliation, management of outsource payroll system and expenses management for the organization
• Lead the onboarding process of new team members
• Carry out monthly management accounts preparation including bank reconciliation and budget/forecast updating
• Adhoc executive office administration and support including managing external professional service providers including legal advisors, accountants and other relevant service providers

Skills We're Looking For

• Proactive management of monthly management accounts using Quickbooks
• Monthly financial reporting preparation
